Welcome to SolarMarketHub. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

SolarMarketHub sells solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related accessories to homeowners, installers, and dealers across Nigeria.

2. Account Types

We offer two account types:

• Guest Account — automatically approved, standard retail pricing applies.
• Installer/Dealer Account — requires manual verification, including submission of a social media handle, business page link, and a screenshot proving ownership of that page. Accounts remain pending until reviewed and approved by our team. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.

Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Pricing

• Prices displayed on the Site vary depending on your account type (Guest vs. Installer/Dealer) and, for approved Installer/Dealer accounts, the quantity purchased.
• We reserve the right to change prices, discount tiers, and quantity thresholds at any time without prior notice.
• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Wallet, Referrals, and Cashback

• Approved users may earn referral bonuses when someone signs up and makes a purchase through their unique referral link, as described on the Site.
• Wallet balances earned through referrals are for use toward future purchases on the Site only and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• We reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or revoke referral bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the referral system.
• Referral and cashback terms may be changed at any time without prior notice.

6. Product Information

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
• Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate [Refund Policy].

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SolarMarketHub unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarMarketHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, including but not limited to installation errors performed by third-party installers.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity, including abuse of the referral or wallet system.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
